Just unpackaged my bag and as I took the protective covers off the medal feet, I noticed the messy leather glue on the bottom of the bag. Quality control needs to do better

I`ve just got small grace, black color.The bag is nice but color black is not real black, looks like faded black.I am goinng to return it.I have small Madison black what I love, but this one is very different.

I had to get another one!

I had to get another Grace top handle bag. The first one that I got was in the color burgundy, and I love it. The bags are beautifully and crafty made. This time I wanted to get the color Chai so that I’m able to use it a little bit more often. It is a perfect size to carry for any occasion. The bags are beautifully wrapped in packaged and delivered in excellent condition.

When will I receive my order?

Due to popular demand, please allow 24–48 hours for order processing before dispatch for all U.S. and international orders. Processing time is in addition to shipping transit time.

U.S. shipping: complimentary ground shipping (estimated 4–6 days), FedEx/UPS expedited shipping ($34; estimated 2–4 days), or UPS 2nd Day Air ($54; estimated 2 days), where available at checkout.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes for international orders?

Duties and taxes are included when you select a duty-paid (DDP) shipping service. For destinations served by duties-unpaid (DDU) shipping, local customs may collect duties and taxes upon arrival.

Request a refund within 15 days of delivery, or store credit within 30 days. Eligible U.S. exchanges are available within 30 days; international exchanges are not available.

The return portal shows applicable return fees and any coverage before submission. International customers arrange their own return shipping.
