Good quality bag, not very good experience on consistency
The delivery experience: Bag arrived in the mail in the plastic delivery bag but had no box. It wasn't damaged, but I was a little disappointed at how shipping was done because it could have easily gotten damaged along the way. Also disappointed because I was expecting it to have a box, not just the dust bag. There was no note as to why a box was not included, and my other bag that I ordered 1-2weeks earlier from them has its own box, so I'm assuming they just forgot. Since it was a bit of a mixed experience with the 2 separate orders, it just made me question the company's consistency on their products. Paying roughly the same price for their products, I expected the same experience, and was a little let down with this one, just a smidge.
The bag itself: It's a gorgeous bag. Not heavy at all, which I'm not used to. Even my Prada nylon bag which is smaller in size, is heavier than this bag. It appears to be made of great quality, I like the feel of the smooth leather, and I'm actually beginning to enjoy the weight of the bag. It's still pretty light even after I fill it up. I am pleasantly surprised because I didn't initially like its shape, but after using it roughly daily now, I really like how easy it is to sling over my shoulder, and how it sits there comfortably without the straps falling off my shoulder.
