Exquisite

The quality is incredible. This is my first PW and it won't be my last! The inside of the bag is just as beautiful as the outside. I have totebags galore for when I carry waterbottles and books, and have been looking for a smaller handbag that I can wear with anything and take everywhere. This fits the bill. I will be using it with a felt organizer for extra pockets and protection.

defective item

The bag I received was defective, one side of the bag displayed obvious creases on its surface. So I contacted the customer service team for a solution. It took almost three days for the customer service to get back to me. They were able to help me with the issue of an exchange though.

Add a larger one, tote bag size!

Great design and quality. I wish you'd also make a tote bag size of this shape!
