Care for Your Bag

Store your bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Use light tissue stuffing to maintain its shape and keep it in its dust bag when not in use. Avoid water, oils, perfumes, and cosmetics.

If smooth or pebbled leather gets wet, gently blot with a soft cloth and allow it to dry naturally. Do not rub or use artificial heat. Suede requires suede-specific care; avoid creams or conditioners intended for smooth leather. Follow the selected item’s material guidance and test any suitable care product in an inconspicuous area.

One-Year Limited Warranty

Eligible handbags and small leather goods are covered for manufacturing defects for one year from the original purchase date, subject to the warranty’s terms and exclusions. Normal wear, accidental damage, and improper care are excluded. Contact customercare@parisawang.com with proof of purchase and clear photos to request a review. Order Processing (U.S. & International)

Due to popular demand, please allow 24–48 hours for order processing before dispatch for all U.S. and international orders. Processing time is in addition to shipping transit time.

Free U.S. Shipping

Enjoy complimentary ground shipping on all U.S. orders—no minimum required. Estimated transit time is 4–6 days after dispatch. Faster domestic services are available at checkout.

International Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders equivalent to US$300 or more, including Hong Kong and Macao. The threshold is converted to your checkout currency. Most international services list 5–14 days after dispatch. Review checkout for your destination’s rate and delivery estimate.

Duties and taxes are included with duty-paid (DDP) services. For duties-unpaid (DDU) services, local customs may collect duties and taxes upon delivery. Customs or carrier delays may affect delivery estimates.

Easy Returns

Request a refund within 15 days of delivery, or store credit and eligible U.S. exchanges within 30 days. Items must be unused and unworn, with original tags and packaging. Final-sale exclusions and return fees apply; the return portal shows applicable fees before submission.

Elegant and travel friendly

This lightweight top handle bag is perfect for a carefree elegance. This purse is my option when I want to dress up and not have to worry about scratches or damage. This purse travels well, I put it in my suitcase with the packaging inside to keep its shape and it remained perfect! I like using it with the top handle best

Be aware of this company. I got Grace small bag, wanted to return and the company doesn’t want to send me shipping label . Since last week they are ignoring me. They don’t have a store or phone number.
