I gave this product one star because I was very disappointed with the bag I received. The quality control is clearly lacking. While I understand that it may be difficult for a soft suede bag to be perfectly symmetrical, the one I received went far beyond what I could reasonably accept. What made the experience worse is that when I contacted the seller to request a return, I received no reply at all—not even a return address. I will never purchase again, and I definitely do not recommend this seller.
