If smooth or pebbled leather gets wet, gently blot with a soft cloth and allow it to dry naturally. Do not rub or use artificial heat. Suede requires suede-specific care; avoid creams or conditioners intended for smooth leather. Follow the selected item’s material guidance and test any suitable care product in an inconspicuous area.

One-Year Limited Warranty

Eligible handbags and small leather goods are covered for manufacturing defects for one year from the original purchase date, subject to the warranty’s terms and exclusions. International Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $300 or more to eligible destinations. Hong Kong and Macao have a $250 threshold; other destination exceptions apply. Most international services list 5–14 days after dispatch. Review checkout for your destination’s rate and delivery estimate.

When will I receive my order?

U.S. shipping: complimentary ground shipping (estimated 4–6 days), FedEx/UPS expedited shipping ($34; estimated 2–4 days), or UPS 2nd Day Air ($54; estimated 2 days), where available at checkout.

International shipping: standard delivery is generally estimated at 5–14 days, with destination-specific exceptions. No international DHL expedited service is offered. Available services, rates, duties and taxes are shown at checkout. Transit times are estimates and customs or carrier delays may occur.

Refunds are reviewed after receipt and inspection at our warehouse, within 7 business days; your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.
