Be aware of this company. I got Grace small bag, wanted to return and the company doesn’t want to send me shipping label . Since last week they are ignoring me. They don’t have a store or phone number.

Its a pretty bag and cute. It doesn’t look or feel like a $400 bag. The hardware color is off, cheapening the look of the bag and the color of the leather is not as saturated as I like. Probably wouldn’t buy this brand again.
Unfortunately, after less than three months, the gold color on the back of the golden buckles has already flaked off. Very disappointing for the price! When I contacted the company, they responded negatively and said it was normal wear and tear—but surely not after less than three months and not to this extent? A few light scratches are normal wear and tear. No understanding and no help. I am disappointed with the quality. This quality is inappropriate for the price, and I have not experienced this with other brands.
