U.S. shipping: complimentary ground shipping (estimated 4–6 days), FedEx/UPS expedited shipping ($34; estimated 2–4 days), or UPS 2nd Day Air ($54; estimated 2 days), where available at checkout.

International shipping: standard delivery is generally estimated at 5–14 days, with destination-specific exceptions. No international DHL expedited service is offered. Available services, rates, duties and taxes are shown at checkout. Transit times are estimates and customs or carrier delays may occur.

Duties and taxes are included when you select a duty-paid (DDP) shipping service. For destinations served by duties-unpaid (DDU) shipping, local customs may collect duties and taxes upon arrival.

Eligible destinations receive free standard shipping on orders of $300 or more. Hong Kong and Macao have a $250 free-shipping threshold; other destination exceptions apply. Free shipping does not necessarily mean duties and taxes are included. Review the service and charges shown at checkout.

Request a refund within 15 days of delivery, or store credit within 30 days. Eligible U.S. exchanges are available within 30 days; international exchanges are not available.

Items must be unused and unworn, in original condition with hang tags and original packaging. Final-sale items, including items designated 40% off final sale, are not eligible.

The return portal shows applicable return fees and any coverage before submission. International customers arrange their own return shipping. Refunds are reviewed after receipt and inspection at our warehouse, within 7 business days; your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.
