It’s a beautiful bag!
I originally wanted to get another bag but sadly, it was out of stock. When I contacted customer service, they were nice, quick and dealt with the problem well (If I wanted to get diff color or design etc) so I could choose and order another one soon and now, here it is!
Icy color is beautiful and I wrapped twilly around handle so it won’t worn out but of course, it’s beautiful as it is!
I highly recommend it! It was a nice purchase!

No return label and no customer service
I submitted a return online because the bag is too small. The return label did not generate. I have been emailing your customer service to send me a shipping label. There was no response for days. Then I received an email saying I can use my own shipping label, but no return address was given. Thus, I am still not able to return the bag. Your customer service is not helpful and I still need resolution!
