Due to popular demand, please allow 24–48 hours for order processing before dispatch for all U.S. and international orders. Processing time is in addition to shipping transit time.
U.S. Shipping Options
Enjoy complimentary ground shipping on U.S. orders in our general shipping profile—no minimum purchase required.
- Ground Shipping: Free; estimated delivery in 4–6 days after dispatch.
- FedEx/UPS Expedited: $34; estimated delivery in 2–4 days after dispatch.
- UPS 2nd Day Air: $54; estimated delivery in 2 days after dispatch.

International Shipping, Delivery Times, Duties, and Taxes
International shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout based on the destination, order value, and fulfillment warehouse.
International Shipping and Delivery
- Free standard shipping: Available on eligible orders equivalent to US$300 or more. Shopify converts this threshold to your checkout currency. Shipping charges for other orders are shown at checkout.
- Delivery estimates: Most international shipping options list 5–14 days after dispatch. Some destinations have shorter estimates, and delivery times can vary by destination and order value. Please refer to the shipping option shown at checkout for your order’s estimated delivery time.
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and do not include order processing time. Customs clearance, carrier delays, and holidays may affect delivery times.
Duties and Taxes
- Duties-paid shipping options: Duties and taxes are included for destinations served by these options, with no additional duties or taxes due upon delivery.
- Taxes-unpaid shipping options: For destinations served by these options, additional duties and taxes may be payable upon delivery. Local customs authorities determine and collect applicable charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.

European customs authorities or the carrier may request documentation such as identification, proof of payment, a tax code, Power of Attorney, or EORI number. Customs processing may affect delivery time.
Hong Kong and Macao
SF Express shipping is free on eligible orders equivalent to US$300 or more, or US$9.50 below this threshold. Amounts are converted to your checkout currency. Estimated transit time is 2–4 business days after dispatch.
