Care for Your Bag
Store your bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Use light tissue stuffing to maintain its shape and keep it in its dust bag when not in use. Avoid water, oils, perfumes, and cosmetics.
If smooth or pebbled leather gets wet, gently blot with a soft cloth and allow it to dry naturally. Do not rub or use artificial heat. Suede requires suede-specific care; avoid creams or conditioners intended for smooth leather. Follow the selected item’s material guidance and test any suitable care product in an inconspicuous area.
One-Year Limited Warranty
Eligible handbags and small leather goods are covered for manufacturing defects for one year from the original purchase date, subject to the warranty’s terms and exclusions. Due to popular demand, please allow 24–48 hours for order processing before dispatch for all U.S. and international orders. Processing time is in addition to shipping transit time.

Enjoy complimentary ground shipping on all U.S. orders—no minimum required. Estimated transit time is 4–6 days after dispatch. Faster domestic services are available at checkout.
International Shipping
Complimentary standard international shipping is available on orders of US$300 or more. Destination exclusions may apply. Final shipping charges and applicable duties and taxes will be confirmed at checkout. Most international services list 5–14 days after dispatch.
Duties and taxes are included with duty-paid (DDP) services. For duties-unpaid (DDU) services, local customs may collect duties and taxes upon delivery. Customs or carrier delays may affect delivery estimates.
Easy Returns
