International shipping: standard delivery is generally estimated at 5–14 days, with destination-specific exceptions. Available services, rates, duties and taxes are shown at checkout. Transit times are estimates and customs or carrier delays may occur.

Duties and taxes are included when you select a duty-paid (DDP) shipping service. For destinations served by duties-unpaid (DDU) shipping, local customs may collect duties and taxes upon arrival.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders equivalent to US$300 or more, including Hong Kong and Macao. The threshold is converted to your checkout currency. Free shipping does not necessarily mean duties and taxes are included. Review the service and charges shown at checkout.

Request a refund within 15 days of delivery, or store credit within 30 days. Eligible U.S. exchanges are available within 30 days; international exchanges are not available.

Items must be unused and unworn, in original condition with hang tags and original packaging. Final-sale items, including items designated 40% off final sale, are not eligible.

The return portal shows applicable return fees and any coverage before submission. International customers arrange their own return shipping. Refunds are reviewed after receipt and inspection at our warehouse, within 7 business days; your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.
