Domestic Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please initiate a return within 20 days of fulfillment of your order(when you received your order), you can return the item to us in its original condition with hang tags and the original packaging box for a refund.

To initiate a return, please click here and provide your order number and reason for return. You can purchase a pre-paid shipping label directly from USPS or UPS to send the piece back to us. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund for your order to your original payment method, deducting the cost of the return shipping label you purchased

You also have the option to get refunds in online credits. Online credits are valid with no expiration date. A pre paid label will be provided when you submit your return.

Parisa Wang will also cover defects in materials and workmanship on all of our bags purchased through our website. If our products are defective in materials or workmanship, we will replace and exchange it for free! If the style of the merchandise is no longer available, we will replace the product with product similar in style.

If returns are shipped outside of the return window or returns are shipped without its original condition missing hang tags or the original packaging box, the merchandise can be sent back to you or only store credits will be issued upon return receipt. Refund can be processed of digital gift cards, or your original payment method per your request.

Domestic Free Exchange Policy

For an easy exchange on your full-priced purchases, please click here to start a free exchange. You may exchange within 20 days of fulfillment of your order(when you received your order). Your originial order must be placed in the mail to send back to us within this exchange period. Any item received after the exchange period cannot be accepted. The exchanged item must be unworn, and must have all original tags.

A prepaid shipping label for the piece will be sent to you and the new item will be issued once the original piece is tracked to be delivered back—because everyone deserves a second chance at love.

International Return Policy

All customers have the options of returning their items no matter where they live. To initiate a return, please click here and provide your order number and phone number to start a return. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping the package back to us (we cannot provide a pre-paid shipping label for international returns or pay for the cost of shipping the piece back to us). Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund (we cannot refund any shipping fees paid by the customer).

If returns are shipped outside of the return window, only store credits will be issued upon return receipt.

Free Domestic Shipping ( USA )

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS for free (shipping fee on us!) and typically arrive within 1–5 business days. You may also choose to purchase the express shipping for faster delivery.

We highly recommend to add the Signature Required Service in your shipping method to ensure secure delivery of your package. Once the package leaves our facility, Parisa Wang is not responsible for lost packages.

Free International Shipping

We now offer free international shipping on international orders over $300+.

International customers have the option to choose duties and taxes paid or unpaid during checkout. All international orders are shipped via Passport/DHL and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on the international destinations. Orders destined for Asia, Australia, and Middle East will emanate from our Guangdong-based Asia warehouse, whereas North America and European orders will originate from our New York-based North American warehouse.

Refused Package: If a customer decides to reject delivery of a package based on duties or taxes levied by their country's customs, we will deduct a $100 fee for refused orders.  This fee covers the cost of international UPS shipping fees. In the event of an order being returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, the full cost of return to sender and redelivery fees are the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancelation

To ensure best customer experience, in-stock orders are released to ship out immediately after you placed the order. We’re unfortunately unable to cancel the order due to a streamlined automatic shipping practice. Please email us at and we’ll see what we can do!

Return charge will incur and will be collected by the carrier if you wish to request a return to sender for the undeliverable order.

Or give it a try–we think you’ll love it and if you don’t, you can always start a return to send it back.

You can cancel any time while product is still on pre-order.

Tracking Your Order

1. When we ship out your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your tracking information.

2. You can use the tracking number to track your package and estimated delivery time.

Refused Shipments

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact so we can help you resolve the issue.

If you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization from us, you’ll be responsible for all shipping charges.

Lost Package

Check your mailbox, porch, garage, and your neighbors where your package may have been placed. If your package has not arrived on the desired delivery date, please follow your tracking details and contact your carrier UPS or Passport to file a claim.

Once your package leaves our facility and received by the shipping carrier, it's the shipper’s responsibility to ensure on-time and successful delivery. We highly recommend to add the Signature Required Service in your shipping method to ensure secure and safe delivery of your package. Once the package leaves our facility, Parisa Wang is not responsible for lost packages.

Our bags are made from 100% full-grain leather imported from Italy, USA, and Australia and are assembled by skilled artisans in China. We are honored to work with the same leading manufacturers as some of the top luxury brands including Chloé, Mulberry, and more.

From the smoothness of the leather to the quality of the hardware, edge paint, and threads, every element is carefully sourced and expertly crafted to create modern essentials to your collection for years to come.

One Year Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and are proud to offer a one-year warranty on your purchases. Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions on all Parisa Wang handbags, full-priced purchases are protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year limited warranty (proof of purchase required). For any manufacturing defects within this timeframe, we will replace the item free of charge with a same or comparable product (our apologies!). Defective handbags, small leather goods will not be returned to the customer. Note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with reshipping or shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.

Contact customer service via e-mail, (8 am to 8 pm EST, Monday - Friday) please include:

1. The style number (can be found on the receipt)

2. Photos of the item clearly showing the problem

3. A copy of the proof of purchase (original receipt, pack slip, or credit card statement) Over time, the leather will acquire a patina and may also darken due to the oils from your skin and direct sunlight, further enhancing the natural look of your handbag or small leather item. The variations in color and texture are the prized characteristics of beautiful tanned leather and natural stones.

Final Sale

Any item marked Final Sale or Sample Sale on our website is not eligible for return or exchange. Items marked down 50% or more are always considered Final Sale. If we receive a return and it has been used or damaged, we cannot accept your return. You can request to have it shipped back at your expense.
