We will gladly accept unworn or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 14 days from the shipping date.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your item's delivery and should be sent prepaid. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
Any item marked Final Sale on our website is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Items marked down 15% or more are always considered Final Sale.
To initiate a return, please contact email@example.com to acquire your shipping label and provide your order number and reason for return.
To initiate an exchange, please return your original purchase for an refund, and order a new item.
