Domestic Return Policy

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please initiate a return within 20 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, complete with hang tags, and within the original packaging box.


To begin the return process, please click here here and provide your order number and the reason for return. You have the option to purchase a pre-paid shipping label directly from the carrier to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, deducting the cost of the return shipping label you purchased.

Alternatively, you can opt for refunds in the form of online credits, which have no expiration date. We will provide a pre-paid label when you submit your return.

For products purchased through our website, we also cover defects in materials and workmanship. If any of our bags exhibit such defects, we will replace and exchange them at no cost. If the specific style is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product.

Please be aware that returns shipped outside of the 20-day window or returns that lack the original condition, hang tags, or the original packaging box may result in the merchandise being sent back to you, or store credits will be issued upon return receipt. Refunds can be processed to digital gift cards or your original payment method, based on your request.

Domestic Free Exchange Policy

If you're eyeing another item and would like to make an exchange, we're delighted to offer free exchanges within the U.S.!

For a hassle-free exchange on your full-priced purchases, please click here to initiate a free exchange. You have the option to exchange within 20 days of receiving your order. To complete the exchange, your original order must be placed in the mail and sent back to us within this exchange period. Please note that any item received after the exchange period cannot be accepted.

The exchanged item must be unworn and have all the original tags. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the item, and once the original piece is tracked as delivered back to us, the new item will be issued. Because we believe that everyone deserves a second chance at finding the perfect match.

International Return Policy

We welcome all customers to return their items regardless of their location. To initiate an international return, please click here and provide your order number and phone number to begin the return process. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the package back to us, as we are unable to provide a pre-paid shipping label for international returns or pay for the return shipping expenses. Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping fees paid by the customer.

Free Domestic Shipping Over $100 ( USA )

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all domestic orders over $100 – the shipping fee is on us! Typically, your order will arrive within 1–5 business days. If you're looking for even faster delivery, consider opting for our express shipping option.

For added peace of mind and to safeguard your package's delivery, we highly encourage you to include the MonkProtect Service in your chosen shipping method. Please remember that once your package leaves our facility, Parisa Wang cannot assume responsibility for any lost packages.

International Shipping

We're pleased to introduce Express Shipping via DHL for all international orders to most countries outside of the United States. International customers can select whether to have duties and taxes paid or unpaid during checkout.

All international orders are dispatched via DHL and typically reach their destinations within 5–10 business days, varying based on the international location.

Orders bound for Asia, Australia, and the Middle East will originate from our Asia warehouse in Guangdong, while North American and European orders will come from our North American warehouse in New York.

To ensure the security and safe delivery of your package, we strongly recommend including the MonkProtect Service in your chosen shipping method. Please keep in mind that once your package departs our facility, Parisa Wang is no longer liable for lost packages.

Lost Package

We've teamed up with MonkProtect, offering you a valuable checkout insurance toggle. By simply turning it 'on,' you secure your orders against potential mishaps, such as loss, theft, or damage.

Opting in is easy: the cost is minimal, with only $0.97 for orders under $100, $1.77 for orders ranging from $100 to $200, and $2.57 for orders between $300 and $400. These amounts are a small fraction of your total order value, making it a smart choice for added peace of mind.

When you opt in, MonkProtect sends you a confirmation email, assuring your order's protection. If an issue arises, you can file a claim directly with MonkProtect using your order number.

Access the MonkProtect Resolve Center at www.monkprotect.com, where you'll enter your email and order number to initiate your claim. If you encounter any difficulties, please don't hesitate to contact us at customercare@parisawang.com.

Select the type of issue you're experiencing (e.g., non-delivery, damaged items, missing products) and submit your claim. If your claim requires images or a description of the incident, please provide these details for a faster resolution.

Once your claim is approved, expect to receive a solution within 48-72 hours.

If you choose not to opt in, please be aware that your order will not be covered by our shipping protection, and we will not assume responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Once your package leaves our facility and is received by the shipping carrier, the responsibility for ensuring on-time and successful delivery lies with the shipper.

Order Cancelation

To ensure the best customer experience, we process in-stock orders for immediate shipment as soon as they are placed. Unfortunately, due to our efficient automatic shipping process, we are unable to cancel these orders. However, please reach out to us at customercare@parisawang.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

If you wish to return an undeliverable order, please be aware that a return charge will be incurred and collected by the carrier. Alternatively, you can give the product a try – we believe you'll love it. If not, you can always initiate a return.

For pre-order items, you have the flexibility to cancel at any time as long as the product is still in the pre-order phase.

Tracking Your Order

  1. Upon shipping your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes your tracking information.
  2. Utilize the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of your package and access an estimated delivery time.

Refused Shipments

While we take every precaution to ensure the safe arrival of your items, if your package does happen to arrive damaged, please accept the delivery and promptly contact us at customercare@parisawang.com so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.

If you choose to refuse your order or any part of it without prior authorization from us, please note that you will be held responsible for covering all associated shipping charges.

In the case of a refused package due to customs duties or taxes imposed by the customer's country, a $100 fee for refused orders will be deducted, which is designed to offset the cost of international UPS shipping fees. Additionally, if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer or is left unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for covering the full cost of return-to-sender and redelivery fees.

Our bags are meticulously crafted using 100% full-grain leather sourced from Italy, the USA, and Australia. Our skilled artisans in China and Hong Kong assemble these premium materials. We take pride in collaborating with the same prestigious manufacturers as renowned luxury brands like Chloé and Mulberry.

One Year Warranty Policy

We are committed to the quality of our products and are pleased to provide a one-year warranty for your purchases. This one-year limited warranty applies to all Parisa Wang handbags, subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, and begins from the original date of purchase (proof of purchase required).

Should you encounter any manufacturing defects within this timeframe, we will replace the item at no cost with an identical or comparable product. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please note that defective handbags and small leather goods will not be returned to the customer. The customer is responsible for any associated reshipping or shipping costs for the defective product to reach us for repair or replacement.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service via email at customerservice@parisawang.com during our hours of operation (8 am to 8 pm EST, Monday - Friday). Please include the following information in your email:

  1. The style number (as found on your receipt)
  2. Clear photos of the item, clearly showing the issue
  3. A copy of your proof of purchase (original receipt, packing slip, or credit card statement)

Over time, the leather may develop a patina and darken due to skin oils and exposure to direct sunlight. This natural process enhances the handbag or small leather item's appearance. Variations in color and texture are cherished characteristics of beautifully tanned leather and natural stones.

Final Sale

Please note that any item labeled as 'Final Sale' or 'Sample Sale' on our website is not eligible for return or exchange. This policy includes items discounted by 40% or more, which are automatically considered 'Final Sale.'

If we receive a return that shows signs of use or damage, regrettably, we cannot accept it. In such cases, you have the option to request that the item be shipped back to you at your own expense.
