Delivery & Returns

Domestic Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 20 days of fulfillment of your order(when you received your order) and you have the option to return the item to us in its original condition with hang tags and the original packaging box for a refund.

Parisa Wang will cover defects in materials and workmanship on all of our bags purchased through our website. If our products are defective in materials or workmanship, we will replace it for free. If the style of the merchandise is no longer available, we will replace the product with product similar in style.

To initiate a return, please click here and provide your order number and reason for return to acquire your shipping label and to help us improve. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send the piece back to us. Once the item is received, refund will be issued automatically with the return shipping label charged by USPS deducted. 

If returns are shipped outside of the return window or returns are shipped without its original condition missing hang tags or the original packaging box, the merchandise can be sent back to you or only store credits will be issued upon return receipt. Refund can be processed of digital gift cards, or your original payment method per your request.

Domestic Exchange Policy

Lusting for another item instead? For an easy exchange on your full-priced purchases, please click here to acquire a return shipping label and note on the comment that you would like to start an exchange.

Please email with the exchange request and include your original order number. It takes 24-48 hours for your return to be processed. After that, your order ships back out to you immediately!

A prepaid shipping label for the piece will be sent to you and the new item will be issued once the original piece is tracked to be delivered back—because everyone deserves a second chance at love.

International Return Policy

All customers have the options of returning their items no matter where they live, but we don’t cover reverse shipping costs outside of the US. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping the package back to us (we cannot provide a pre-paid shipping label for international returns or pay for the cost of shipping the piece back to us).  Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund (we cannot refund any shipping fees paid by the customer).

If returns are shipped outside of the return window, only store credits will be issued upon return receipt.

Final Sale

Any item marked Final Sale or Sample Sale on our website is not eligible for return or exchange. Items marked down 50% or more are always considered Final Sale. If we receive a return and it has been used or damaged, we cannot accept your return. You can request to have it shipped back at your expense.  

Free Domestic Shipping ( USA )

All domestic orders are shipped UPS Ground for free and typically arrive within 1–4 business days. (due to high volume, please allow an additional 1–2 days business days for processing).

Shipping, Duties and Taxes on International Orders

For all international orders, we charge a $30 international shipping fee for each product. All international orders are shipped UPS and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on the international destination. International customers are responsible for the duties and taxes that are required in their countries.

In the event of an order being returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, the full cost of redelivery is the customer's responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

When we ship out your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use the tracking number to track your package and estimated delivery time.
