Domestic Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item to us within 15 days of fulfillment of your purchase in its original condition for a refund. If returns are shipped outside of the return window within 7 days, only store credits will be issued upon return receipt.
To initiate a return, please click here and provide your order number and reason for return to acquire your shipping label. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send the piece back to us. Once the item is received, we will issue a refund with the prepaid shipping label deducted. **Please note, at this time all returns may take up to 15-20 business days to be processed once received**
Domestic Exchange Policy
Lusting for another item instead? For an easy exchange on your full-priced purchases, please click here to acquire a return shipping label and note on the comment that you would like to start an exchange. Please email email@example.com with the exchange request and include your original order number. A prepaid shipping label for the piece will be sent to you and the new item will be issued once the original piece is tracked to be delivered back—because everyone deserves a second chance at love.
International Return Policy
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping the package back to us (we cannot provide a pre-paid shipping label for international returns or pay for the cost of shipping the piece back to us). Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund (we cannot refund any shipping fees paid by the customer).
If returns are shipped outside of the return window, only store credits will be issued upon return receipt. For returns more than 30 days after receipt, we don't accept returns in store credit.
Any item marked Final Sale or Sample Sale on our website is not eligible for return or exchange. Items marked down 40% or more are always considered Final Sale. If we receive a return and it has been used or damaged, we cannot accept your return. You can request to have it shipped back at your expense.
Free Domestic Shipping ( USA )
All domestic orders are shipped UPS Ground for free and typically arrive within 1–4 business days. (due to high volume, please allow an additional 1–2 days business days for processing).
Shipping, Duties and Taxes on International Orders
For all international orders, we charge a $30 international shipping fee for each product. All international orders are shipped UPS and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on the international destination. International customers are responsible for the duties and taxes that are required in their countries.
In the event of an order being returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, the full cost of redelivery is the customer's responsibility.
Tracking Your Order
When we ship out your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use the tracking number to track your package and estimated delivery time.
