Return & Exchange
Domestic Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item to us within 15 days of receipt of your purchase in its original condition for a refund or store credits for final sale items.
To initiate a return, please contact email@example.com to acquire your shipping label and provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send the piece back to us. Once the item is received, we will issue a refund with the prepaid shipping label deducted.
Domestic Exchange Policy
Lusting for another item instead? For an easy exchange on your full-priced purchases, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the exchange request. A prepaid shipping label for the piece will be sent to you and the new item will be issued once the original piece is tracked to be delivered back—because everyone deserves a second chance at love.
International Return Policy
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping the package back to us (we cannot provide a pre-paid shipping label for international returns or pay for the cost of shipping the piece back to us). Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund (we cannot refund any shipping fees paid by the customer).
Any item marked Final Sale on our website is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Items marked down 50% or more are always considered Final Sale. If we receive a return and it has been used or damaged, we cannot accept your return. You can request to have it shipped back at your expense.
Shipping & Taxes
Free Domestic Shipping ( USA )
All domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority for free and typically arrive within 1–3 business days. (due to high volume, please allow an additional 1–2 days business days for processing).
International Orders( All Other Countries)
All international orders are shipped DHL for $25.00 and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on the international destination. International customers are responsible for the duties and taxes that are required in their countries.
In the event of an order being returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, the full cost of redelivery is the customer's responsibility.
Customers outside of New York do not have to pay sales tax. Sales tax is added when shipping within the state of New York.
Tracking Your Order
When we ship out your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use the tracking number to track your package and estimated delivery time.
