Store your bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Use light tissue stuffing to maintain its shape and keep it in its dust bag when not in use. Avoid water, oils, perfumes, and cosmetics.

If smooth or pebbled leather gets wet, gently blot with a soft cloth and allow it to dry naturally. Do not rub or use artificial heat. Suede requires suede-specific care; avoid creams or conditioners intended for smooth leather. Follow the selected item’s material guidance and test any suitable care product in an inconspicuous area.

One-Year Limited Warranty

Eligible handbags and small leather goods are covered for manufacturing defects for one year from the original purchase date, subject to the warranty’s terms and exclusions. Free U.S. Shipping

Enjoy complimentary ground shipping on all U.S. orders—no minimum required. Estimated transit time is 4–6 days after dispatch. Faster domestic services are available at checkout.

International Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders equivalent to US$300 or more, including Hong Kong and Macao. The threshold is converted to your checkout currency. Most international services list 5–14 days after dispatch. Review checkout for your destination’s rate and delivery estimate.

Duties and taxes are included with duty-paid (DDP) services. For duties-unpaid (DDU) services, local customs may collect duties and taxes upon delivery. Customs or carrier delays may affect delivery estimates.

Beautiful, functional classic bag!

I purchased this bag in the taupe and was really pleased with the neutral color. The leather is a very flexible soft leather with a nice texture that prevents scratches and it perfect for a carefree summer bag. I was worried it would be too small but it fits my sunglasses, wallet and essentials. I also really liked how 2 straps were included which is really functional. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the PW logo as I'm not fan of logos. Very happy with this purchase!

Perfect Bucket Bag

I have been looking for a brown and black bag forever and saw one from Parisa Wang. Knowing nothing about the brand, I took and chance and could not be more pleased with my purchase. The packaging was top notch, the leather is sumptious and the size is perfect for me. I will definitely be on the lookout for more from PW.
